Bundaberg Bookfest beckons bookworms
Lifeline Queensland’s beloved Bundaberg Bookfest is on again from March 22-24, with more than 170 tables of pre-loved books to tempt bookworms of all ages.
Pick up some first-rate second-hand reads from as little as 50 cents apiece. We have a huge variety of books on offer in loads of categories, along with puzzles, games and collectables. Plus, check out our new anime section! And it’s all for a good cause – funds raised go towards our 13 11 14 Lifeline Crisis Support Line. By purchasing books at Lifeline Bookfest Bundaberg, you are helping us to save lives. Thank you!

Dates and times: Friday, March 22, to Sunday, March 24, 8am-4pm daily.
Where: Main Pavilion, Bundaberg Recreational Precinct, Kendalls Rd, Branyan. -
Cost
Entry is free! Children’s books from 50 cents; paperbacks from $2.50.

What’s on and facilities
- We take cash and EFTPOS at the register.
- Please bring your own bags/suitcases/trolleys; or you can purchase a Lifeline bag for $1.
- Sausage sizzle with soft drinks available for purchase.
- Coffee van (Saturday only).
- More than 150 food and market stalls will be operating at Bundaberg Recreational Precinct at the same time as Bookfest.

Parking and overflow parking available on site. Loading zone and accessible car parks in close proximity to the pavilion.

Book donations
Thank you for thinking of us! We have a crate available for donations near the entrance. We also gratefully accept second-hand book donations year-round through our:

- Lifeline donation bins or hubs
- Lifeline Warehouse: Request a free pick-up for bulk book donations
