How does Service Navigator help?

The Service Navigator program helps disaster-affected people and families by providing:

  • Support to navigate and access information, supports and services you need to support your recovery.
  • Case management support to approved Structural Assistance Grant (SAG) and Resilient Homes Fund recipients to enable you to project manage your repairs.
  • Connections to other financial and practical assistance, as well as mental health and community support, throughout your rebuild, adaptation and recovery.
