Home Access for People with Disability | UnitingCare

Everyone should have access to safe and secure housing, but finding the right home can feel overwhelming.

Home Access for People with Disability (Home Access) is a free service that connects people with disability and their support network with clear, reliable information and practical guidance.

We help you understand your housing options and plan your next steps toward a safe, stable and suitable home.

Delivered by UnitingCare and funded by the Queensland Government, Home Access works alongside you to explore housing pathways that suit your needs and goals.

Services are currently available in the Brisbane region.

You don’t need a referral to use this service.
