Domestic and Family Violence Response Training (DV-alert) is designed to build capacity in health, allied health, education, childcare, and community frontline workers and volunteers to:

  • Recognise the signs of domestic and family violence.
  • Respond with appropriate care.
  • Refer effectively to support workers.

How it works

Format: Two-day workshop, as well as e-learning.


Resources: DV-alert is a free national training program for frontline workers, funded by the Department of Social Services and delivered by Lifeline Corporate Training. To check if you are eligible, visit www.dvalert.org.au. If you are not eligible for these funded programs, please make contact to engage us directly for a fee.


Outcome: Nationally accredited training that enables you to recognise the signs of domestic and family violence, respond appropriately and refer to appropriate services.
