Supported Independent Living

Whether it be on your own or in a shared living arrangement, we will support you in your home to live an independent life. You will have skilled professionals on hand to make sure that all your daily living needs are met and that your home is a safe and welcoming place.

Assistance with Daily Living

Assistance with Daily Living is designed to provide support to people to meet their individual needs, while being able to maintain their independence in their home and community. Daily Living support focuses on those tasks that are done on a daily basis, such as household chores, personal care, or attending appointments.

Social and Community Participation

We can support you to build networks and connections in your community, grow and maintain friendships, pursue an active social life and attend events and activities that meet your interests. We will work with you to make sure you have the right supports in place to meet your needs.
