Mobile allied health team
At UnitingCare, our Allied Health Unit provides contemporary therapy services for children and adults with disabilities in Brisbane and surrounding areas, including Ipswich, the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Warwick. We focus on supporting people with a disability to live meaningful and inclusive lives. Our holistic approach assists individuals and their families to achieve their goals, including maximising the opportunities of the NDIS and other funding.

Speech Pathology
Our Speech Pathologists support you to develop your communication, use assistive technology, eat and drink safely, and build social skills.

Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists support you to engage in meaningful, everyday activities by exploring home and vehicle modifications, mobility and more.

Behaviour Support
We work with you, your family and support staff, to provide positive behaviour support, focusing on your needs, your environments and your quality of life.

Resource Development
Our Resource Developer works alongside you, your family and Allied Health professionals to create a range of resources including communication systems.

UnitingCare is a Registered NDIS Provider and can provide Therapeutic Supports and a range of other NDIS services.

Both UnitingCare and Blue Care are registered NDIS providers
This means we meet the high standards required by the NDIA and can deliver services and supports to people who have their plan managed by the NDIA, as well as those who self-manage or use a third party.
